Disappointed with the customer service i got with the lady with brown hair.I work in the mall and always have great customer service etiquette.. and don’t understand why i got treated with such bad service when i was confused with the menu.. she embarrassed me and wasnt helpful at all.
Small place with huge roster of teas, smoothies and flavors. Definitely recommend if you have the time. Great treat to walk around with and shop.

Sencha MOA is my favorite place to stop for tea. I always try to try a different drink every and I’m never disappointed. I really enjoy the drinks no complaints.The tapioca pearls are so GREAT and have definitely improved lately. I always appreciate the staff Kelsey and Lupe have are always so kind and patient when explaining things. Highly recommend Sencha to my friends and family.
