Everything is ve... read more The atmosphere is truly charming. The food is delicious, with a great selection of both savory and sweet treats, all at very reasonable prices. Everything is vegan, and they also offer some good gluten-free options. My personal favorites are the salted caramel donut and the breakfast sandwich, but the hand pies are also fantastic. If I had to give one critique, it would be that some of the savory dishes, like the broccoli cheddar scone, lean a bit too sweet for my taste. However, I generally prefer less sweetness in savory items, and I still enjoyed it!

Before I transitioned to a vegetarian diet, I tried their pizza handpies at Hopscotch Coffee, and I was convinced they were filled with hamburger meat until I discovered the bakery and realized everything is vegan! I make a point to visit every weekend and usually grab 2-4 handpies, which are my absolute favorite. I also pick up a few sweet treats for the week. While the donuts aren't my top choice, the cookies are outstanding, especially as a vegan option, and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. My only issue is that the handpies sell out really quickly—you definitely need to arrive by 10:00 AM to snag the best flavors—and the selection of handpie flavors doesn’t always change from one weekend to the next (I'm not sure about weekdays).

The donuts were super light and fluffy, and gluten-free items were well priced and fresh! We love the old-school interior decor with the formica top kitchen tables for people to sit and have a nice hot cup of coffee. They had a great hot tea selection. I give the rainbow Bakery five stars!
