Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bloomington

The chicken tenders and biscuit were great. The strawberry lemonade was actually warm near hot and they added ice and I had to shake it up to cool it down and melt some ice. Mac and cheese was awful.

Not only was the food horrible a local grocery store could make it better and for half the price but the worst part is later that night when I got home I got the pleasant suprise of food poisoning.The people there were serving chicken that had been sitting out in a warmer. Terrible

Wow…Louisiana fast, more like Louisiana trash. Small bitter tough nuggets. Why?!? Why do you hate food so much?!? Those fries are so soggy I thought they misheard me and ordered red beans and mush!!! The greatest insult of all was how bland it all was! #Hatethatchicken.

This place could be so much better; I've been to other popeyes in the city, this location really takes the cake for the laziest. I used to come here to get lunch during my work breaks but ended up spending more than half my break time just waiting for a mobile order, until I realized that they skipped over it.. they apparently didn't have the butterfly shrimp I ordered on mobile. It wasn't until recently finding out that they just don't do mobile orders anymore which is so disappointing; I loved using my rewards to save a few dollars, but now there doesn't feel like a reason to come here. Let's talk about the food itself; it tastes... off. Like it hasn't been cooked all the way, or like it's stale, flavorless. I am better off ordering from other food joints in the mall before work. I wish the staff could do a little better and stop forgetting sauce, napkins and the whole drink.

I love Popeyes. My go-to meal is spicy tenders with red beans and rice on the side and sweet tea.The service here was quick. My food was ready to go by the time my payment was complete.A small thing that the cashier did which I found incredibly thoughtful was that he showed me how much ice he was going to put in my cup and asked me if I wanted more or less. Very helpful.
