I received a notification about my delivery last night indicating it might take a while. The lady on the phone was very nice and the delivery person was great with my goofy dog. The BBQ was the best I've had in a long time, and the pizza was delicious as well. I know they were extremely busy, but everything arrived on time. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Monroe County Pizza:
I placed an order at 4:00 pm, by 5:30 we still have no food. I called to check on our order and we were told it will be dispatched in 15-20 min. My credit card has already been charged including a tip. So my husband decides to go to the store to pick up our order. I call grubhub to get a refund of the delivery fee and tip, after 10 min of arguing they finally agree to refund those fees. Ended up having to call a 2nd... View all feedback.
We just moved here from Ohio and was looking for a new pizza place as our son loves pizza. I was told about Monroe County Pizza so I thought we would try it. We loved it! The people there were so friendly and patient with us as a 3 year old can be sometimes a handfull! Our waitress made our son laugh and would include him in the conversation, not many people do that! The pizza was delicious, and it had just the right amount of cheese on it. It came out nice and hot and tasted just as good the next day. My favorite though has to be the bread sticks, they are the best I have ever had! I definetly recommend Monroe County Pizza if you are looking for a great place to enjoy some great food!!
Visited MCP this past weekend 09/22/18. First time being there in several months. Guess there is new management/owners... I went in to eat the Buffet because I’m fat and I like buffets. They increased the price. I was expecting different types of choices, better ingredients. Nope! Nothing. Changed! No I’m sorry I apologize. They now give you packets of dressings for your salad. The lettuce seems like they took a head off lettuce and chopped it up. First time I EVER had to use a butter knife to cut my salad up to have bite size. Then, I go to get a Butter knife and fork. Go back to my table and they are dirty, sticky and gross. I go back up to replace the dirty silverware with clean silverware. I went through 6 forks until I found a clean one. (I was being watched by another customer that was sitting close to the buffet, she was laughing). Pretty sad that you can’t get clean utensils to use to eat food and have to clean them yourself. Reason I gave a 2 star instead of 1 is because customer service was ok. Instead of coming to my table and asking if I wanted a refill the employee stood behind the desk as I was standing at the buffet getting food. Second thought, I will change to 1 star because the conversation they have about customers and complaining about it in ear shoot is rude. Way to make the customers feel welcomed. They definitely need to train employees better. Never will I go back until I read a 4-5 star review or the Health Dept shows they have done a recent inspection.

Ended up having to call a 2nd time because they didn 't refund the delivery fee. The food was good but not worth waiting almost 2 hours. The only thing the store did for us was a free 2 liter and only after my husband asked what are you going to do to make this right. We won 't be going back!
We went to the buffet and it was great, I love the dessert pizza. so his Saturday night and I really want pizza. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza and it was here in less than 20 minutes! what a pleasant surprise! definitely my favorite pizza place.
Pizza is a good love of the bbq chicken pizza customer service is bad, they need to smile and be more friendly. also they have to stop wearing leggings or tight pants, some are just too big, some are ok look, but I don't want to see camel toe while I'm with my family. (update) have seen the last few times less tight pants that is great. although I think that the server where all have gone or stop. jeff the guy you worked out out there is great that he's all big when they come in the door when it comes to the theke, he often cleanses tables and asks if we need something. I think he should check the server they hire from now on.
