Mcalister's Deli - Bloomington

There seems to be little point in offering online ordering if the employees consistently ignore it for up to 10 minutes in the To-Go line. This is sadly a regular occurrence, and it is frustrating. Perhaps bringing back the to-go bookcase would be a more efficient solution if the employees are unable to prioritize to-go orders. Additionally, there seems to be inconsistency in the preparation of some dishes, depending on who is working that day. Lastly, customers who request a pickle with their sandwich online are often disappointed as their request is often ignored.

I had to order twice to get my salad, Pecanberry, which had no dressing even though I was asked what I preferred. I also didn't receive the pickle that was supposed to come with my sandwich, even after I asked for it. The staff was friendly, but seemed more focused on chatting with each other rather than fulfilling orders promptly. The restaurant was clean, but I wouldn't return or recommend it.

Avoid the chili at all costs. I experienced the worst food poisoning of my life for the past 16 hours because of it. Honestly, I would not recommend returning to this place. It is extremely unclean.

I eat quite regularly at mcalisters, but I am very disappointed by my recent visit. I came in to eat with my older father who fights cognitiv. my father was clearly trying to order and pay his meal, and I tried to help my best. all the time we stood on the opposite, the young one who commanded ours, kinked and laughed with his co-worker over my father. is that the kind of hired they want to represent their restaurant? it is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I expect from here better.

The generous amount of lemon slices was great. The cranberry turkey sandwich left something to be desired b/c of the small amount of cranberry spread. I was disappointed. Your establishment was clean and the music was pleasant to my taste.
