T... read more First of all, I ordered off door dash at 8:15p. They close at 9:30pm according to Google. There must be a circus there, because 3 door dash drivers cancelled. The second one called me to say they were out of the pot pies. The third driver called me right around 9:20pm to say the restaurant is closed, and they (KFC) Wouldn't give her my order. I've also been on the other side of the fence as a delivery driver.. They must prepare one fricking order at a time!!! I also picked up a delivery on Uber eats for someone, and KFC didn't even give me the chicken!!! Well never go back! Will never recommend!!!

The drive-thru operates smoothly, and the food is served hot, tasting fresh instead of like it has been sitting out all day. I did find some chicken breasts that were old and tough, but I'll consider that a one-time problem.

When I arrived at the window, I was informed that there were no regular chicken breasts available, so I decided to go with the extra crispy option. However, I was then told they only had one crispy breast left. I was asked what other piece I would like, and I chose a wing. When I finally reached my destination, I was disappointed to discover that I only received a leg and there was no butter provided for the rolls.

When we got home, the food was stale and at room temperature, even though I live just five minutes away, so it didn’t cool down on the way. The price was nearly the same as ordering two big boxes. The mac and cheese was not only cold but also just plain bad. The fries were old and lukewarm. I enjoyed the taste of the new spicy sandwich, but I won’t be returning. On TV, they claim the food is freshly cooked and not kept under heat lamps, but clearly, the food had been sitting out. Such a waste of $20.
