Kfc - Bloomington

Visited evening from 8/15/22, ordered 8 pieces of ice cream. Baked at the window had no regular breast, would like additional crispy-yes. then was informed only one crispy breast, which other piece would like to conquer wing. arrival at the goal of not finding a wing, but a bit and no butter for rolling

Received spicy bowl instead of regular! Will check before leaving next time. Otherwise good experience.

I got a big box meal then one sandwich with Mac side. When we got home food was stale and room temp. I only live 5 minutes away so it's not like they cooled down. Plus the price close to the same price as if I got 2 big boxes. The Mac was just plain bad beside not being warm. The fries were old and not hot. I liked the taste of the new spicy sandwich but I'll never go back. The ad on TV the say fresh cooked not under heat bulbs. But they'd been sitting around. What a waste of 20$

Person at the register was very rude and the restaurant is dirty when i asked if something had nuts she rolled her eyes and said we can 't guarantee stuff like that here which is ok but she didn 't have to be mean about it. Also when my friend and I walked up to order she just said here or to go and what do you want but again was said not nicely. Would not recommend (was not busy at all when we went)

First of all, I ordered off door dash at 8:15p. They close at 9:30pm according to Google. There must be a circus there, because 3 door dash drivers cancelled. The second one called me to say they were out of the pot pies. The third driver called me right around 9:20pm to say the restaurant is closed, and they (KFC) Wouldn't give her my order. I've also been on the other side of the fence as a delivery driver.. They must prepare one fricking order at a time!!! I also picked up a delivery on Uber eats for someone, and KFC didn't even give me the chicken!!! Well never go back! Will never recommend!!!
