Kfc - Bloomington

Every time I've been here they always say they're out of crispy chicken when probably just to lazy to make more and always go elsewhere about done coming back. Update decided to try it once more and had everything out quick but people inside were very rude and food made us sick. Not just to us but manager was rude to own employees don't expect much from this place no longer coming back

The food at this location and the staff working the drive thru last night couldn’t have been any better. They were great taking our order and the food was perfect! However the outside appearance of this location needs some serious tlc! Half of the entrance is a huge pothole and needs the concrete replaced and I don’t think anyone has mowed or removed the weeds around the building this summer. It looks like they started some updates outside, and a new sign is in back, but it hasn’t been finished. However the food is always great so don’t let the outside looks fool ya! :

I 'm only giving 2 stars because the workers were extremely polite. After dodging the sink hole to pull into the parking lot I order a 16 piece a drink. Listed on the menu at 20 something for the chicken. Get told my total is $48 for the chicken drink. I kindly say no, I just want the chicken (because the price aligned with the meal with the large sides). They tell me that is the price just for the chicken a drink, the prices got increased again today. I respond with almost $20 increase? Another worker comes on the intercom states that they increased prices today for the 6th time this year they haven 't gotten the stickers to change the menu board yet. Needless to say I canceled my order. Both ladies were extremely polite, I feel bad for them wondering how many people weren 't so polite to them over something they cannot control. KFC get your act together, that price is beyond ridiculous!

Terrible quality food and terrible service! We were there yesterday and waited an hour and a half for chicken strips and when we got them they were not fresh they were so dry we could barely eat them because they were so hard and this is happening every time we order so you are losing our business now. Same with the fries they are never fresh. There were a lot of older people inside the restaurant the vowed to never come back because of the incredibly rude employees who were yelling at each other and taking forever and talking down to the customers particularly thr blue haired lady
