Listed... read more I 'm only giving 2 stars because the workers were extremely polite. After dodging the sink hole to pull into the parking lot I order a 16 piece a drink. Listed on the menu at 20 something for the chicken. Get told my total is $48 for the chicken drink. I kindly say no, I just want the chicken (because the price aligned with the meal with the large sides). They tell me that is the price just for the chicken a drink, the prices got increased again today. I respond with almost $20 increase? Another worker comes on the intercom states that they increased prices today for the 6th time this year they haven 't gotten the stickers to change the menu board yet. Needless to say I canceled my order. Both ladies were extremely polite, I feel bad for them wondering how many people weren 't so polite to them over something they cannot control. KFC get your act together, that price is beyond ridiculous!

The main sign is absent, and there are weeds sprouting all over the lot. When I went to fetch ice for my drink, I was greeted by a swarm of gnats that flew out from the ice tray; I had to blow them away just to fill my cup. My spicy chicken strips were drenched in grease, and the floor appeared to have not been swept or mopped in days. I was torn between tossing my meal in the trash and trying to make the best of it since I was pressed for time. It's evident that the owners of this franchise do not maintain this location properly. It hasn’t been updated since the 90s, and it's unfortunate that complaints like this often go unheard. It feels like KFCs everywhere are on the decline, and I think I’m finished with them. While the chicken still tastes great, it’s not worth the risk of getting sick. If the entrance looks like this, I can only imagine how unsanitary the kitchen must be.

But today was the worst—it was only 11:15 AM, just 45 minutes after they opened, and when I tried to place an order, the person on the speaker told me they weren't open yet? This location definitely needs a major upgrade.

I've been g... read more Every time I visit KFC, they claim they're out of crispy chicken, which seems like an excuse because they’re probably just too lazy to prepare more. I've been going elsewhere and am almost done coming back. Recently, I decided to give it another try and the food came out quickly, but the staff inside were very rude, and the food made us sick. It wasn’t just us— the manager was also rude to the employees. I don’t expect much from this place anymore and won’t be returning.
