I ordered the cowboy BBQ dish and it looked great, but unfortunately, I found hair in my burger which was really off-putting. I am giving one star because of this incident, despite the good customer service and overall experience at the restaurant. I took my friend to IHOP because she had never been before, can you believe that?! We had Sunday morning brunch and despite a 20-minute wait, it went by quickly. The servers were working hard and our server, although I didn't catch her name, provided amazing customer service! She was very friendly and helpful with a smile. Nice place lots of breakfast menu. Good taste and reasonable. Not so crowded maybe not on weekends.

We ordered through door dash and got our orders. One hamburger was completely raw. The other didn't seem to be raw until I ate most of it.
Good food, great price, and really good service. We dined there last week. The waitress sat us at a safe distance from others. She also suggested really good menu options. The scrambled eggs and roasted potatoes used to taste better though.
IHOP may not be the fanciest chain but this one is great. Our waitress Sandie was so nice, and management kept things running smoothly. A big thumbs up!
