I ordered the spicy ahi tuna to be healthier today, and it tasted very good. The workers were very friendly, and I enjoyed my interactions with them. Crafted and Pokeworks are in the same building, so lunch was from Pokeworks and dessert came from Crafted.

I've been to Pokeworks 3 times now. The bowls are tasty. The pressed sushi and sushi burritos need to go. The tuna roll had been sitting in a cooler for so long that the rice was hard. The texture of the tuna was also really gross. The California roll fell apart and had to be eaten with a fork. The nori wrap on the burrito was so impossible to bite through that at first I thought I had bitten the paper wrapper. I ended up scrapping the filling into the contact it was served in. I had a hard time even tearing it with my hands. My kids had asked for sushi and I suggested Pokeworks as a less expensive alternative. We spent 50 bucks and still ended up going to the McDonald's down the road after.

Enjoyed a live music evening recently. Very nice atmosphere for outdoor music and drinks. Friendly workers. My only suggestion is to either add servers or increase the bar staff (if possible). One very small bar which at one point had 20 people in line with 2 people making drinks and one cashier. On these live music nights with a crowd, it would be great to have a speedier experience when getting drinks!

The concept and potential is great, but the execution is lacking profusely. I've tried this coffee house multiple times, and it is lacking in consistency with the customer service, ordering process, and quality of drink. There needs to be a voice of the customer, so improvements can be made and potential is achieved. The selection of sugar-free syrups is a definite plus, as the Bucks does not offer as many. The prices are, as stated in other reviews, much more than other coffee houses, but if you're like me, you're willing to pay for good coffee and good customer service. Listen to the voice of the customer and the employees. Simplify your ordering process, consistency of product, master the basics, and standardize your customer service expectations. Kaizen! You have great potential.

Tried this on a whim when I was in town for a meeting. They have a wide selection which was nice given I've become a bit of a cold brew coffee snob. . Their pumpkin cold brew was quite tasty. It's a little sweeter than I prefer but it wasn't over powering. It was different than other pumpkin mixes I've had before and I'd say it was better than most. The service was polite and quick. I took mine to go but the place looked like it was a nice place to sit and mingle a bit. Parking is fairly easy in the lot. The entrance is a little awkward tho. Definitely recommend!!
