wow, fantastic food and service! we were very surprised how long we lived in the city and had not visited yet. the menu will delight every palate as there is a great variety in the menu. our favorites are the southwest eggrolls, buffalo chicken sandwich, and the brisket quesadillas. the service was fantastic that we have inaugurated and executed without doing whatever. during our dune in we could say that they were s... What Brian Adams doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Check your order to go orders to ensure you get the sauces and sides you ordered and paid for as they gave told me that they don't feel they should have to check and be sure the orders are complete upon having trouble. To me waitstaff putting items in a bag are just as responsible for order correctness as a waitress at a table due to both working for tips and both being the staff getween customer and kitchen. I picked up my drinks and returned to my vehicle, but after another 10 minutes of waiting, I went back in to explain that it shouldn’t take 40 minutes to prepare a quesadilla and a margarita, especially since the rest of the food (black beans, rice, soups, chips, and salsa) should have already been prepared. They finally gave me the food, but when I opened it in the parking lot, everything was lukewarm at best! I was incredibly frustrated, especially since I was so hungry. If I could give them a negative star, I would—this is unacceptable! If I’m going to wait 40 minutes for a meal, I expect it to be fresh. The service was terrible and the food was cold. It’s really disappointing to see a place like Chili’s go downhill. It’s easier to cook at home. The restaurant scene in Bloomington is really struggling, and it’s sad. I understand that staffing can be a challenge, but where have all the employees from three years ago gone? Don’t people need jobs anymore?
The service was slow, but the food options on the menu were impressive. I was surprised! The burger was decent and definitely large. My friends enjoyed their meals as well. The dessert? Absolutely fantastic!
I used to eat here a lot about ten years ago, and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. The last two times I visited, the restaurant was half empty, and it was difficult to find anyone to help us. After waiting for 15-20 minutes this time, we noticed someone who might have been the host walk by without saying a word and continue on their way. The restaurant itself appears to have been renovated, but the management is probably the worst I have ever encountered. The owner should seriously consider finding a new management team.
I was thrilled to go here because I was not a chili in one of them, but I left in disappointment. I gave 2 stars just because of the chips and queso. I thought after I had this as an appetizer, my meal would be great. but it was the exact opposite. I had the quesadilla explosion salad and it was not appetizing. my friend ordered the fajitas. he said it just tasted like rest. it was a sad day for our crooks.
Do not order online. They do not bring your food out curbside. They simply set it on a rack inside and then ignore it entirely. At the time of my order that sat on the rack for 30 minutes when I finally walked in there was at least five other orders sitting up there as well.
