Pay more, offer more benefits, and your employees will stay.... If this is not possible then the place should just close, and I really hope that doesn't happen.

But loses alot of points for not enforcing mandatory masking policies on customers (staff mask compliance is 100% . Other businesses do a good job of enforcing theirs please do your part to keep us all safe, I miss seeing live music and going to beer festivals.
