My drink was forgotten and I had to restate my order after 10+ minutes of waiting. I was told I couldn’t get oat milk in my drink after I had already paid extra for it. And, my food came with no toppings, despite the fact I paid extra for them too. View all feedback.
A slap on the face moment when I got the dirty boba. Looked nothing like advertised and tasted way over-sweet.
The last several times me and my friend have went to Bapu the tapioca pearls were really hard and not soft and chewy like they're supposed to be so they must be old or not cooked properly

Ordered a corndog half half to go, this is what I saw when I got home and unwrapped the foil. Why would you even give this to me. I should have unwrapped it at the store.
