Diners faced locked doors, limited drive-through options, and subpar food presentation, including flat sandwiches and lackluster fries. Service inconsistencies were also highlighted, with slow response times and unreliable payment processing. Very slow, and they decided when to do a system crash : and when they want to take Apple Pay. I got denied and my girlfriend behind me got accepted.
According to Google Maps, the Arby’s on W 3rd St is supposed to be open on Saturdays from 10 AM to 11 PM. However, when I arrived at 8 PM, the restaurant was closed. The drivers in front of me and behind me seemed just as baffled.
The service was extremely slow, and they seemed to randomly choose when to experience a system crash and when to accept Apple Pay. I was denied, while my girlfriend, who was behind me in line, was able to use it without any issues.
Please update your hours. Just went through the drive-thru at 7:40pm and was told it was closed.
The service from the time we entered to leaving was extremely helpful, quick and enjoyable. The all male work group worked a ell together and just clicked keep them all anthe shakes were wonderfully the best along with good food
