What User doesn't like about Potbelly:
I really wish this place had a simpler ordering process. It takes you 3x to repeat your order. Once to the person making the sandwich, once to the topper, once to the cashier. If they had a ticket system, or cashier first, wouldn’t require you to repeat yourself 3 times. Other than that, the sandwiches are decent. Nothing special. Taste wise; good. Food was definitely pretty good and I also really enjoy the pot pie soup. I like the fact that they have free drink refills and also free Wi-Fi. It's definitely a chill atmosphere and it's almost like you're going back in time. it's pretty comfortable and they don't hurry you out so you can enjoy your food and they also offer mobile order pickup. Next time I come here I'm definitely going to have to try a shake.
I love Potbelly but unfortunately this location does not have good customer service and is very slow and disorganized, a trend I have also been noticing with other Potbelly locations. I will not likely be returning to this location.
I love their thin flat brot sandwiches, don't forget, like paprika.
Love her wreck sandwiches and meatball sandwiches. they have great cookies and brownies!
