What’s the point in giving me an option to not include utensils if you’re just going to ignore it and send me home with some waste for me to recycle?
Any problems they resolve them quickly. Food is never disappointing.
As always Panera has great soup and sandwiches. But, this visit was a long wait for my order to be prepared.

After I finished eating my food, Rick the manager came out and gave me a free complimentary soup with a side of bread. This was the most amazing gesture costumer service my family and I have ever experienced! Rick was extremely kind showed how much care he gives his customers. We will 100% be coming back to this location because of Rick his kindness. He is the definition of an amazing manager.
My go to place for lunch and/or dinner and sometimes breakfast.
