Chicago Pastry - Bloomingdale

1. Once in there, it took a bit of it and that. The lobster roll was the best pastry I believe. Crunchy and the cream inside I could have really eaten a bowl! The harvest cookie and the double chocolate cookie also had a deep chocolate taste, which were quite brilliant. I live in Des Plaines, so it would be a drive, but I would seriously go there to get baked goods! Wonderful!

I saw these great reviews and decided to visit a cake. I mentioned that the person likes the tiramisu, the checkout offered me a frozen pastry tray from freezer. Despite knowledge, we will cut the cake, offered it frozen, which was terrible taste and it was hard like rock. I asked twice if I wanted to go for another cake that was on the display, but I guess she wanted to get rid of old shares first. I also bought cookies they tasted. Never again.

1st time in and got a couple paczki. We have been looking for good paczki in this area and found 1 decent one last year, but thought we'd check these out. so glad we did. They are delicious! We tried a sugar cookie as well and it was also fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Love their tiramisu! Wonderful staff. Very friendly and accommodating. This is my 3rd time buying a frozen tiramisu for a dinner party. People absolutely rave about it!

One of our favorite bakeries! Love all the baked goods and pizza bread too! We always laugh about what they're going to come up with for the chocolate-dipped strawberries for each holiday. The employees are all friendly and helpful. They need a coffee menu and spots to sit! I would love to hang out here any time of year with a friend, a book, and a few pastries and a coffee or two! Wish they could add on and make a cafe!
