I placed an order with Liz for pickup the next day. She was incredibly efficient and communicated clearly, all while maintaining a delightful attitude. We really appreciated her ability to have a large lunch order ready early in the morning for a group of fishermen heading to the lake. To make our experience even better, she prepared the pickup bags for us so we wouldn't need to re-package them for two boats. Thank you so much!
A large school group visited and we were promptly served. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean.
Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that the waitress named Sam seemed to be in a bad mood. She gave off the impression that she didn't want to be working. When my family and I sat down, she continued to give off negative vibes, rolling her eyes at us as if it was our fault that we were there to eat. It felt like she was looking at us as if we hadn't paid or something. It seemed like she had some personal issues that she should have left at home.
The sandwich was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant was spotless and had a lovely atmosphere.
The customer service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff member who was preparing our food didn't engage with us at all during our order. When I asked for extra pickles, I received only two. I also requested a light sprinkle of pepper and salt, but the employee continued to pour it heavily onto the sandwich despite my request to go easy with it.
