Was Clementine Johnston at Quickchek a mag?

My usual quick check that I go to, must not have enough employees, one person at a register, 15 people waiting on line, three employees behind the sandwich counter, no one came out to help alleviate the line. View all feedback.

What Elfrieda Breitenberg dislikes about Quickchek:

This QuickChek is by far the worst one imaginable. The staff are slow and unfriendly, the sandwich counter consistently gets orders wrong, the bathrooms are often locked without explanation, and the ATM is usually out of order. Overall, a complete disaster. View all feedback.

I ordered the mac and cheese from Quickchek, but there was barely any in the serving—less than half a full cup. The portion size on the menu was definitely misleading.

I’ve watched this once-great QuickChek steadily decline in popularity over the years. The place is often messy and frequently out of stock. The coffee station is poorly stocked and always untidy. The food quality is disappointing—eggs are rubbery, the bacon (if that’s what it was) felt like sawdust, and the bread looked and tasted stale. Cheese on hot sandwiches is never melted, served cold and in small portions considering the prices. I’d rather get breakfast at McDonald’s. Something needs to change, and the general manager should initiate a major cleanup. This is the only 24-hour store on our busy street, so pride in maintaining it is essential. Customers also need to do their part by keeping the store clean—I've seen people throw food and trash on the floor inside, which is really frustrating.

It was 12:30 A.M. on September 10th when I walked into Quickchek to pick up some items to relax after a long day. After a 9-hour shift, my mind wasn’t functioning at its best. When I asked for my grape Swisher Sweets, I completely stumbled over my words—I might as well have been doing my worst Mike Tyson impression, saying “gwape” instead of grape. The person behind me chuckled, and honestly, I knew how silly it sounded. Yet, like a true professional and a real homie, the woman working the counter chose not to laugh. She calmly grabbed the grape Swishers from the menu and continued to treat me with kindness and respect—something I definitely didn’t deserve at that moment. To this Quickchek employee, thank you for your patience and service. You are truly one of God’s favorite children. And to the owner of this Quickchek, she is worth twice what you pay her.

There’s nothing quick about this place. The sandwich counter was a complete disaster. It took 28 minutes to get two sandwiches with only two people ahead of me. The two older ladies running the counter seemed completely clueless, and there was zero organization. They were chatting away like they were in a park while orders printed out and just got stuck to their monitor without any attention. On top of that, I noticed moldy bread in their bread bin, and they nearly used it for my order. I can’t imagine how many others have received moldy sandwiches before me. The store was filthy, very poorly stocked, and I refuse to waste another penny here. I’ll be going to 7-11 or Wawa from now on. I have no idea what happened to this place; it used to be great, but now it seems like nobody cares anymore.

I've noticed that this large store has been losing popularity over the years. The place is often dirty and disorganized. The coffee machine is frequently out of order and messy. The food is disappointing; the eggs are rubbery, and the bacon resembles sawdust. The bread looks and feels stale. The cheese on hot sandwiches is never melted, and the portions are unreasonably small for the prices charged. I would prefer to have breakfast at McDonald's instead. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the General Manager definitely needs to take action to clean up the establishment. This is the only 24-hour shop on our busy street, and it should take pride in that. However, customers also need to contribute by keeping the place tidy. I've seen people throw food and trash on the floor, which is frustrating.

I ordered the mac and cheese, but the portion was very small—there was less than half a cup in the container.

It was 12:30 on September 10. I entered this store to buy items to wrap up for the evening. After a 9-hour shift, my brain had no full capacity. When I asked my grape swarm sweets, I've beaten my words so badly, you might even say I'm deceived. I said I had a Gwape as if I had made my worst Mike Tyson infection. The person laughed behind me, really, I mean, I heard it, I knew it sounded ridiculous. And like a stoic angle, a true Homie, the woman who, tonight, by sheer willpower, decide not to laugh. She took the GRAPE Wraps and continued to treat me with respect and dignity when I didn't deserve anything. Thank you for your service. You are of God's favorite children. For the owner of this QC, it is worth twice what you pay.

There is nothing quick about this place. The sandwich counter is a complete abomination. What a disaster. I cannot wait to never step foot in this place again. Ordered two sandwiches, 2 people in front of me and took 28 minutes to get out of there. The two older ladies had absolutely no clue what they were doing which seems to be a common theme. No organization whatsoever. They just kept talking like they were in a park. The orders were printing out and they just stuck them to their monitor without a care in the world. Not even mentioning, the bread was moldy in their bread bin and they almost used it on my order. I wonder how many poor souls got a moldy sandwich before me. The store had become filthy, it?s very POORLY stocked and I just refuse to waste another penny in here. I?ll go to the 7-11 or Wawas from this point forward. Don?t know what happened to this place as it used to be great, but no one seems to care anymore
