Pizza Hut - Bloomfield

The order was prepared quickly, the staff were friendly, and the food was both hot and delicious!

I ordered my pizza at the counter and waited inside for it to be prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and I didn't have to wait long at all!

The pizza is consistently made on time and always tastes fantastic. The service at this Pizza Hut is outstanding!

On May 15, 2023, we ordered a family box from Pizza Hut in Bloomfield, Indiana. Unfortunately, the pizza we received was undercooked and visually unappealing. I cannot recommend this location. When we arrived, there was no one at the counter to assist us, which is not good business practice. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would advise considering other options.

I went in tonight to grab some wings and breadsticks, but there was a problem with the fryer, so they couldn't prepare the wings. The manager was very apologetic and even offered me a discount on my breadsticks! She kindly provided me with a couple of coupons for my next order as well. This was my first visit to this location in about six months, thanks to the terrible customer service and lack of cleanliness I had encountered multiple times before. However, I am now excited to return soon! I'm really pleased to be able to revisit my local Pizza Hut. Keep up the great work!
