Jimmy John's - Bloomfield

Update on 3/17: I had a positive experience at Jimmy Johns! Two individuals responded to my request and sent me a $10 gift card. I will be giving them another chance due to their great customer service. I ordered a veggie sandwich for delivery, but unfortunately it was missing the main ingredient... the lettuce! This was disappointing considering the price paid. I reached out to Jimmy Johns through their website feedback button. I will update my review once I hear back from them.

Yesterday, I visited this restaurant and experienced some of the best customer service I have ever received at a fast food establishment. The gentleman with long blond hair had a great impact on my day with his excellent service. I highly recommend this place!

I only ordered delivery from this restaurant, which is only 1/4 mile away, and it took over an hour with no food in sight. I would have just driven there and ordered if I had known they would be so slow, even during lunchtime.

Finally, someone who took the time to explain the little print on the menu that was responsible for why I always got tomato and mayo on my sandwiches when I didn't see him in the description of my menu. In addition, they were fast, very polite and overall the kind of people they want to come back here. I had some problems with other jimmy johns, but these young never left me.

I never have a bad experience when I eat from this place, but the order of the delivery from here is an absolute nightmare! I keep trying and regret it, and this is now the 4th order in a row where I waited almost 2 hours until my food arrives. there is no excuse for this if my order takes 3 minutes and my location is less than 10 minutes away.
