Hot Bagels Abroad - Bloomfield

I live near and this is my usual visit to Bagel-Platz when I have the time, but the process for orders and waiting time is absurd. You need a better system because efficiency is a big problem. Your current system: Once you reach the register to place your order, the person taking your order leaves the register to make your order and then to you. Then take the next person, process repeated. No wonder there are always lines. You always have a ton of body, but service is incredibly slow and that is why. It is roasted bagels, it should be?t takes 30 minutes from the arrival to finally hand over your food. You should have dedicated people to the register and a ticket system that goes to dedicated employees who make the Bagels. I've tried to order online, but that's even longer I mean for almost 45 minutes for roasted bagels with cream cheese. You really need to rethink their system. The bagels are great, but it is not worth the frustration of waiting for inefficiency.

This place makes great food, but the ordering process on seamless for delivery is a disorganized mess. If you choose a breakfast sandwich, there is no way to choose a bagel? Hardly any modifiers. I finished ordering Bloomfield's best bagels and you should use them as an example about organizing your online ride portal. Very unprofessional.

I usually love this place. But today I'm a little frustrated. I ordered bagel with scalion cream cheese, I got regular cream cheese. I ordered a chocolate chocolate chip muffin for the kids got a chocolate chip muffin. The whole wheat mucosa didn't get it. At least tell me you don't have the stuff. I was charged for what I wanted and didn't get what I wanted. I also tried not to call a reply 5 times. Not sure if I order next time?

They have delicious bagels sandwiches! Uff these bagles are recently baked! I love it!

The most delicious bagels in the area! They're so soft and fluffy on the inside with the perfect amount of crunch on the outside! Bagel order of choice: ? Plain bagel (fresh out of the oven ? A side of plain cream cheese for dipping!!! (Yes they're that good!
