Horrible experience! The staff is very slow and full of attitude. The are standing their an not making your order and when the do, it's either burnt or slappy. I think this location need better management. I will never go here again.

This is a great restaurant. Be prepared to wait in line, but it's worth it! The manager is very attentive and does an excellent job of training the staff.

First of all, take down that sign from their window claiming they have the best Dunkin’ in Essex County—it's not true. If someone orders a drink and the staff makes it wrong, then gets upset because the customer doesn’t want it, that’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, it was the owner acting this way. I won’t be returning, especially not on Sundays.

First of all, I recommend taking down the sign in your window that claims to be the best Dunkin in Essex County, as it's quite misleading. It's frustrating when someone orders a drink and the person making it makes a mistake, only to get upset when the customer refuses the incorrect drink. That's not the customer's fault. As the owner, your response is even more disappointing. I may come back, but definitely not on a Sunday again.

The staff at this restaurant are not very friendly or helpful. They take a long time to prepare mobile orders, and when you point out any mistakes, they respond with a negative attitude. My suggestion? It would be best if they could get things right the first time.
