Aki Sushi - Bloomfield

The teriyaki steak is absolutely delicious! The sushi is also very fresh and quite good! Overall, everything was amazing and tasted fantastic!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the sushi was fresh. There was a lovely selection of various rolls and sashimi. The restaurant has a BYO (Bring Your Own Bottle) policy, and there's a liquor store right next door.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times with my husband. We ordered dumplings as our appetizer, but they never arrived. When we inquired about it, the server informed us that she hadn’t put the order in. I understand that mistakes can happen, but she didn’t offer any apology, which I found disappointing. As for the food, we had the lunch box, and the teriyaki chicken was bland and not enjoyable. While it did fill us up, I wouldn’t recommend it. Overall, the service was not good.

I've been ordering from Aki regularly for five years. The food is consistent, consistently excellent, fresh and customized to my liking. They have taken good care of me. Although we had a small delivery procedure issue only because of my apt building, and I wasn't smooth, not fair or cool, we worked everything out beyond request or expectation to my 150 percent satisfaction. Thank you to Jenny, rhe owner and team. It's great, consistently on-point, and I highly recommend them. It's been a positive experience!

Best sushi spot in all of Passaic county. Only sushi spot i come to now. Service is incredible and food is always unreal. Cannot recommend this place more. Top notch spot. Their spicy tuna mango tartar is one of my favorite appetizers to get!
