Usually I never ask a barista to remake a drink even if it’s wrong but I was having a bad day. I asked for extra white chocolate at the drive through and they made me park upfront. Food was okay, but they charged me twice for one order and the 19 year old “manager” had no idea how to handle it, or refund me, or how to work the app, or how to call corporate. So I paid $80 for two half a meals and have to fight with my bank over it tomorrow : View all feedback.
