Papa Romano's Pizza - Bloomfield Hills

The pizza is good, especially the square variety. However, it seems like the restaurant is in need of a thorough cleaning.

I ordered a chicken dinner with potatoes and breadsticks, along with an extra ten pieces of bread. I also requested a Torrid beer from their selection. However, when my order arrived, only the chicken dinner was included. I asked the delivery driver about the missing bread, but he seemed confused. I explained to him that the restaurant had not included it and he said they may have held it back. The driver never returned, even though he was only five minutes away. When I called the restaurant after an hour, I was informed that they had just closed. Overall, not a good experience.

I recently attempted to place a delivery order at this restaurant and was unsure about what to order. When I called, the person who answered seemed uninterested and abruptly hung up on me. When I called back, they pretended they couldn't hear me and became annoyed when I inquired about their bread options. Although I enjoy their pizza, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and always served hot and fresh. I especially love the Italian sausage topping on the pizza!

I ordered pizza and salad from this place last night for delivery. I received email confirmation and the money came from my account. After we never got a delivery, I called and they said they never looked at my job. They said there was nothing they could do and hang up. I went to the place to show them my email confirmation and bank account that money was displayed. the workers would not even consider the proverbs, said this happens all the time and take it on business or contest with their bank I was very frustrated as they never offered an alternative solution and my care will be released and not get my ordered food. I have never experienced such a terrible customer service. I'm sorry they were so repulsive and I didn't care I'm out of the money I paid.
