Attended a work Christmas dinner. There were about 18 of us. The food was great absolutely delicious. The service was less than stellar, but due to no fault of the waitress (Brandy). Someone in the kitchen screwed up my order, and my meal came out 15 minutes after everyone else's. If not for that they would have received 5 stars. Hopefully, my next experience will be better. Got invited to dinner so i was guest for 730 reservation, Waited 2 hours for Luke warm food, potatoes were cold, ordered my steak for med rare, it came rare, didn't eat until 930, drinks watered down, stale wine. Always had to hunt waitress down. AND waitress asked for tip and bill payment in cash ON $300 food bill NOT GOOD! View all feedback.
Great food, first class service and our waiter Bryan was top notch!
Went for dinner here with my family and we had the best waitress, her name was Samantha, I am a vegan and she was able to accommodate me and she made sure all of my food was prepared without any animal products, the food was excellent and I look forward to going back and I will make sure Samantha is working, she was great!
I had the most wonderful time at Eddie Merlot’s, they made my 10!h Anniversary just awesome! My hats of to Darrell our waiter he took great care of me and my wife...
We host a holiday office party here every year and they do an amazing job. Highly recommend for private events or just a dinner out!
