We thanks dany our waiter who explained the lovely menu to us with passion and fun!. The chef is butchering the meat himself for more quality and taste. The beef are grassfedbeef farmraised in the mountains close to the restaurant. Ruben is the boss and his choosing only local wine from the villages around. Thks for everything.
