the personal refuses to give us the car we have booked and paid, and now we can cancel our entire holiday and fly to the house. the first and last time on the way. can't really talk a lot for people or the country. View all feedback.

The car rental experience at the airport went smoothly without any issues. However, several weeks after returning the car, we received a bill for additional fees. Despite our attempts to make the payment, it was continuously rejected. We reached out to Hertz for assistance but received no response. The customer service experience was extremely poor, with the fees increasing but the payment always being refused.

Really bad experience. the car was not cleaned when I had rented it: there was a used face mask in it, and no “gold seal” (certain that the car was deeply cleaned and is “safe to drive” in this covidtime), although I am a gold customer. worse: no one was there when the car had returned, and the next day a post was sent that the car had a new harm. more than one carcasse on the bumper; a scratch I didn't even make (we were two in the car and both are formal: we never met something with the car). no bill was issued before or after the fee. I applied for such a bill for my insurance to cover this fee. I never have an answer from hertz. even worse: a month after the rental a new fee was added to my credit card. no law was sent here. I'm still waiting for an explanation, and hertz is still calm. on hertz.no you will find the previous invoices in connection with their personal data (e.g. e-mail address). when I enter my term, I find bills for previous rentals two years ago, last year and only one for this rental in the mountains: this bill covers the rental fees for the duration of the rental, as well as the tolls. they only take the money, do not prove why they take it, and no bill is recorded in their system! I do not take myself wrong: if I have actually done a harm, I am entitled to pay a fee for it, I agree with it. but I should be notified with a bill before the fee, and they should answer my question if I ask for a bill: my insurance will not refund me without this document. but the money is anyway taken by hertz so that they are happy. their (black) communication is disgusting. the action as well as thebe and should be avoided. I was a gold customer with recurring rebates on their prizes. I'm pretty sure this was my last rental with hertz (if they don't react at some point, they'll explain these fees why they don't send bills, nor why they haven't answered before).

Absolutely terrible experience. Unexpected charges were added to my bill without any explanation. I couldn't get in touch with anyone during the rental period. The staff were extremely rude when I picked up the car. I have not received any response from customer service. I now have to involve my bank to sort out the issue.
