Zola called les Halles “le Ventre de Paris” or the Belly of Paris. So it is right in the belly and my belly was very delighted after eating there! They really take vegan to the next level. It is innovative. Will I go back, Mais oui et Bien sur.

Left 15 eur tip as the service was great. Recommend the Assiette du Sportif. Love it!!!

The chef can... read more I am in Paris for a little over two weeks. I have eaten here a few times with non-vegan friends. Everyone loves the food. The flavors are amazing. The chef can be very creative. The presentations are interesting and delightful. Service is great. You need to get here on the early side since every time I have been here, it gets full to capacity. Especially at lunch, there can be a line.
