My mom and I visited the Steers at Mimosa Mall to get some caramel ice cream, and I must say, the quality was fantastic. Kudos to the team that made both the caramel and the ice cream! The only issue I encountered was the way some staff members interacted with each other. The lady who served me was a bit rude to her colleague. It's important to keep personal feelings at bay while at work, even on tough days. Aside from that, the service overall was pretty good.
