Contribute Feedback What Malcolm C doesn't like about Mugg Bean On The Move:
The saddest most tired Mugg and Bean ever. Today there was no bottled water, no sugar free Coke options, no potatoes of any kind and no fish. Not sure what's going on there but it was the most sub-standard M&B I've ever been too. View all feedback.
The staff is inside watching me, but they're not opening the door. It's now been 1.5 hours since the restaurant's opening time, and I still haven't received any service.
This place feels like the lower-tier version of Mugg & Bean. You can't even find it on the app, and they don't offer any loyalty points since their receipts don't have a QR code. The service was quite disappointing; the lady at the register kept speaking to me in SeSotho as if I were from the Free State. On a positive note, the food is good and fresh.
I had hoped to enjoy the lounge, but that didn't happen. Instead, I ended up grabbing a takeaway coffee at the boarding gate. The coffee was excellent, just like always.
Disappointed I got to the airport at 8 Sunday yo find them closed, as my flight was at 10 we went to Wimpy at the garage near the airport for breakfast
It was a comfortable place to sit while our flight to cape town was delayed for over 2 hours.
