New review dated December 12, 2021: The response I received to my previous review did not lead to any improvements. I placed another order today at 2:41 PM, and now, two hours later, I am finally receiving my cold pizza. I am very displeased. View all feedback.
I bought a pizza the other night and it turned out to be a disaster. Even uploaded a video to Facebook. The bottom layer did not have toppings/fillings. I felt disrespected. Hope they have improved now since I did escalated the matter.
They have professional drivers, our orders always arrive on time,i love their service
They were on the spot. but they do not make you aware when your order is finished
They were very slow it took them 1hour 10 mins to make my order and there was no que there it was just about 7 people bit everybody was complaining
There was a minor issue, but the manager handled it with excellent service, and I left feeling satisfied.
