I popped in for a quick coffee because their baked goods looked lovely. I asked for STRONG coffee and I got STRONG!!! The service is wonderfully friendly and efficient. The blueberry cheesecake muffin tasted every bit as good as it looked. So why not 5 stars? The crockery is rather overdue for replacement and not squeaky clean. Amazing coffee though! Will be back! I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant where the manager yelled at me for "raising my voice" at the barista over a mix-up with my drink order. This happened just before the Springboks game, and I had to raise my voice a bit for him to hear me, especially since my husband had already pointed out that my drink was incorrect. I decided to try the cappuccino from this place today, but I experienced incredibly poor service. First, at the location across from Kloppers, the staff member completely ignored me while I was asking a question and just focused on his own tasks.
I love their coffee, great customer service
It's really nice cafe to sit and have a nice time we order breakfast and one of the eggs was hard and he ask for soft and next moments one of the people working there brought i soft egg we were shock not post restaurants do that so that was really good the food wasn't bad and the koffie and shakes is amazing
