Wow! My husband and I stopped here for dinner while traveling, and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I ordered the special, which was Lemon Chicken with wine sauce, and my husband had the fish and chips. The portions were very generous, and the prices were great. I highly recommend this place!
Excellent diner. Nice portion, reasonable prices. Food came fast and service was excellent with a smiling server and good small town attitude. I enjoyed my dinner and craft beer and topped it off with a nice piece of homemade coconut cream pie. Restaurant was full of chatty, friendly locals and working men, that’s always a good sign. Would not hesitate to go back.
My favourite restaurant, great service, portions and prices. I've been here many times and I'm a fan of the sandwich menu and great breakfast. They also have the option of home bread, definitely recommend.
The food was absolutely delicious, all of it homemade! My husband tried the fish and chips, and the fish was fantastic, with hand-cut fries to accompany it. I ordered the clubhouse sandwich made with homemade brown bread and fresh turkey. Our kids had spaghetti and a burger with fries. The meat sauce for the spaghetti was homemade, not from a can or jar! I can't recommend this place enough. Excellent food and service!
This diner is very clean and offers excellent service. It's conveniently located right next to the highway. I ordered the clubhouse sandwich, which was made with fresh bread and real roasted turkey—it was delicious! Just a heads up, the sandwich doesn’t come with a side, so be sure to order one if you’d like. Definitely worth the stop!
