It is no longer called Chinese Garden Restaurant. A new restaurant has opened in the same location. It is called Timber Restaurant. This restaurant just opened on Wednesday. I had a Timber Burger for supper which was very good! It will also be available on the new dinner menu coming out this coming Wednesday. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Chinese Garden:
Large portions, fairly priced. Will I be back? No. The mushroom Chow mien was slimy and they used gross canned mushrooms. The almond chicken was very dry the ginger beef tasted funny. We just moved to Blind Bay from Victoria and obviously had amazing Chinese food options to choose from there, however I would be hesitant in even calling this slop Chinese.The food was edible but definitely not enjoyable we will try Asi...
