The staff assured us they would make up for the situation, yet unfortunately nothing was done. Overall, it was not the experience one hopes for when choosing a restaurant of this level.

Travelled 1hr 30 mins to get to the dinner reservation at 9:15pm we were then told it could be 30 minutes minimum u til the table is ready. The food was completely average. It was a huge mistake to choose this facility to celebrate a 30th birthday and a huge let down for the Mandarin Oriental brand. How can an establishment of this quality be so relaxed about this.

The food was exquisite – each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. However, what truly elevated our evening was the outstanding service we received. In particular, I would like to extend a special thank you to Sonali Choudhury. Her attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and well-looked after. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Sonali's professionalism and friendly demeanor are a real asset to L˜ARIA. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at L˜ARIA and will certainly be returning.
