Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too, the workers seems to be so unmotivated and don’t care. The first time we came to this Popeyes branch me and my dami got food poisoning and today we came back to give it another try and all our sides our missing and I tried calling multiple times to let them know the mistakes Popeyes workers made. I can hear them picking up the phone and not actually talking. So I will make to report this branch to corporate because they technically took my money and didn’t give me the right food I order.

Horrible service, I got here at 1030 and I have been waiting for 15 minutes. After that, a woman said she wasn't taking orders until the food was up. They should have had it up at 1030. There are at least 6-7 people waiting in line as I speak. Horrible service.

They won’t take orders at the front, force you to use kiosks. I tried about 5 kiosks and clicked on ‘Sandwich’ and got a blank screen. Thought it was slow loading or broken instead of perhaps an informative sign to indicate they aren’t selling sandwiches. I complain to the person giving out orders that the machine isn’t working and they shrug and walk away. After I tried 3 more kiosks I spoke to someone else who explained the lack of sandwiches. Surely the kiosk UI can be improved or a paper sign.

This is possibly the most hardest working fastfood restaurant I've ever been to. All the staff works very hard, even with limited personnel, and does their best with completing both Doordash orders and in-customer orders. I wish everyone understands their ordeal, and I hope the workers of this Popeyes restaurant are always striving.

Usually good but almost always super slow to order and get food. I love popeyes so I deal with the wait.
