This is the BEST fast food place in town! Fantastic, friendly service and HOT food! I've never had a bad meal from here and have never had anything missing! My husband and I came to the Fairbanks Alaska KFC to eat an early dinner. at the KFC’s we have been to, you pick them up at the counter on a tray for dine in. When our name was called, I went to the counter…not there, then I went to the delivery/pickup window inside, there were two other orders, I asked which one was for Stan, and the lady behind the counter got VERY rude and said I called your name 3 times and shove... My husband and I recently visited the KFC in Fairbanks, Alaska, for an early dinner. At other KFC locations, we've always picked up our meals at the counter on a tray for dining in. However, when our name was called, I went to the counter but couldn't find our order. I then approached the delivery/pickup window and saw two other orders sitting there. When I asked which order was for Stan, the employee responded in a surprisingly rude manner. She claimed she had called my name three times and then roughly shoved my order towards me. We have never experienced such disrespect, especially for just asking a simple question. This employee clearly does not belong in customer service. We won’t be returning!
I had a great meal at A&W, where I enjoyed mini corn dogs served with fries and a Root Beer Freeze. The fries were amazing—definitely the best I've had in Fairbanks! The mini corn dogs were full of flavor, and the A&W Root Beer Freeze was simply delightful!
I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. On September 30, 2022, around 7:50 PM, a woman in a red shirt refused to exchange two pieces of fried chicken that contained fried plastic. Instead of addressing the situation appropriately, she pretended to handle the exchange but insisted we eat the contaminated pieces after merely removing the plastic. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she reacted negatively when we expressed our concern. She could benefit from some customer service training. If you dislike your job to the extent that you would serve unacceptable food to customers, it may be worth considering a different position. It’s unfortunate that someone’s poor attitude can spoil a meal for others. This review is directed at the woman in the red shirt with tied-up hair.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I spent $18.99 on a three-piece chicken meal that came with two sides and a hard biscuit. I won't be coming back to this location!
We had a wonderful experience! The fries and chicken were fresh and delicious. All five of us are very satisfied customers!
