What jay doesn't like about Urbano Bistro:
This place was better as self service. Had lunch today by myself. I ordered food, and got the wrong food. I ate it anyway. Never got asked if I wanted my drink refilled, even for full price. Had to ask for water once, but had my server walk at least 8 times without offering to refill. Finished my food and sat for at least 10 minutes, before having to ask another server to cash me out. I was there for a meeting that included a meal. It was delicious the atmosphere was wonderful.
Aptly named: a very urbane atmosphere and ambience. Quite a lovely place to chill out and enjoy superb coffee, food and service!
