I've been coming here for years since we moved here and have seen things change for the good and bad throughout the years and since Ms. Misty, the store manager, has been in charge it has only gotten BETTER! Been coming to the store since it was built I live right up the road I got over 30,000 bonus points or reward points and I normally am really happy with the store but here lately thier SOP (standard operating procedures) of the store keeps changing and by doing so it's really messing me up big time.1. for the propane all of a sudden they can't do propane exchange at night that's new I always come down and get my propane at night for my dogs during the winter months and then all of a sudden I was told I couldn'tthen two days later I showed up at night (same time as I was there before) and propane was sold to me without an issue very inconsistent now I've been cashing in lottery tickets here that I buy from here for as long as the store's been here they they've never gave me an actual dollar limit that I could cash in I just always kept it within reasontoday I go in the store they tell me they can only cash $100. In unless I buy something. The young ladies drawer was overflowing with cash when she opened it so I know they wasn't short on cash they had two registers going and told me since I'm not buying anything in the store that I can only cash in $100 worth which that's a new rule cuz I've done it just like that for over a hundred thousand times at least So now I have to drive all the way into town which was not expected is really inconvenient. Wouldn't have been a problem if I had known ahead of time but and then you know like I said I got over 30,000 reward points here I buy from the store all the time and to be told that I have to buy something to cash in my lottery tickets over $100 is ridiculous the way I feel maybe it's just the inconvenience shining through sorry
I like coming here to buy my bottle tickets. The cashiers are very friendly and always helpful I come in here at least once a week to buy tickets and I also buy gas here
Lines waiting for gas pumps. Not sure why. Middle of a weekday.
