Alicia was amazing and took the time to ask if I wanted the cheese that came with the specialty sandwich I was ordering. I got 3 sandwiches and all 3 of them were messed up the veggies that belong on one hot put on another one the square was put on a different one. When I tried to call their number was out of service food went in the View all feedback.
This store needs a lot of work and franchise owner needs to do better. Every time I come in someone is always rude and my sandwich is made wrong. I always order online to get the deals and recently I started coming into the store to watch them make my sandwich. I want to give a shout out to Caesar for being kind, making my sandwich correctly and not being rude?
FRANCHISE/OWNER- PAY ATTENTION!!!The ONLY reason I go to this location is because it’s my daughter’s favorite chain and it’s close. BUT, all of the one star reviews are accurate. Please schedule more than one person to work shifts. Waiting fifteen minutes for a sandwich when only two other people are in line is a joke. Employees prioritize online orders, which is fine and necessary, but when people are waiting in line and the ONE EMPLOYEE is trying to juggle everything, tensions rise. Definitely not the most pleasant experience. I wish someone from Subway would help this pathetic location.
Whoever runs this store should never be allowed to run a store again. The employee was by herself, with a long line of people waiting for food. Placed my order online and she messed up my order, first by giving me a six-inch instead of a footlong, when I asked about it, she fixed it but it wasn't until I got home that I realized she put olives in the sandwich when I didn't order olives.
11 a.m.on Nov 9. Employee should not be working here. Kept asking same questions couldn't hear us? We asked for items, e.g. less or more quantities. veggies handled before meat none of our requests were completed. Most bizarre and frustrating experience ever.
If I could give zero stars I would! The girl with the glasses needs some serious help, I see multiple people on here have already complained about her. This place is very unprofessional and looks like it’s ran by children.
