I ordered... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! My husband and I have dined here several times, but each visit has left us disappointed with the food. I ordered two portions, but all we received was rice, and every time it has been undercooked and inedible. Even after trying to reheat it with a bit of water for five minutes, it was still raw. My husband and I have decided that we will never return. This restaurant is truly very disappointing, and I would advise against dining here.

Fried rice had no veggies in it and was so undercooked I... read more I’m not sure what’s up with the casual Oceanside restaurants, but even the basic fast food is terrible. Fried rice had no veggies in it and was so undercooked I heard crunches as my bf was eating, and the scoops aren’t even full scoops anymore. Paid extra for honey walnut shrimp and they gave me 4 whole shrimp in total. Seems like everyone in OS hates their life and their jobs. In that case, why not let the teenagers who are supposed to be working restaurant jobs work them instead of 25-40 something’s half trying with terrible attitudes.
