Love the new look and cant wait to see what else is in store with the pub. Great entertainment, great family friendly pub and great atmosphere.

I visited this restaurant once while camping at Carcoar. The experience was quite chilly, and as a group of 15, with 12 of us being 18 years old, we sought some warmth and a meal. Unfortunately, the publican turned us away because not everyone was of legal drinking age. After 16 years in the industry, I now personally know the excellent licensee and can confidently assure you that if you visit this establishment with a positive attitude, you will be welcomed and treated with respect.

I took a delightful drive to The Exchange Hotel in Blayney today for lunch, and it was absolutely worth it. I enjoyed the most incredible Sunday roast special—beef—which was truly delicious. It was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth. The recent renovations have given the place a modern and fresh ambiance, making it feel very inviting. Enjoying my comforting roast by the lovely fire added to the coziness of the experience. The new chef has put together a fantastic menu, and she did an outstanding job with all our meals. I can't wait to return, and next time, I plan to stay overnight so I can try more dishes during my visit. I also want to mention the exceptional service provided by Marty. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who is not only familiar but also truly passionate about their work.
