Have to say 1st time I've ordered from here and the chicken kebab was the best I've ever had it was so juicy and full of flavour...beats roma pizza by 100% . Roma is a greasy spoon compared to this place which I would say was definitely a 5star...only downside I have is the people on the counter could do with some better customer service as a hello...goodbye and a thank you wouldn't go a miss...apart from that food t... Food was late but definitely worth the wait. Amazing, fresh and still piping hot.
Have sent me the wrong pizza. When I phoned to ask why it was the wrong pizza when I ordered a pepperoni, they said I shouldn’t have ordered the wrong pizza when I know I ordered pepperoni. The customer service on the phone was rude and honestly you can just order from Galaxy Pizza as I’ve never had any issues with them. I’ve been using Moulin for many years and honestly there’s been mistakes here and there that are usually sorted. However the way I was spoken to was awful. Would not recommend using them for a takeaway.
Absolutely terrible. How does it take 3 hours for food? Everytime we rang it was it’s on its way. You’re the last address. You think we lived on the moon. Don’t bother ordering. Food no doubt if it shows up will be stone cold. Terrible
