Never acknowledged despite being part off the reservation and... read more A bad experience from start to finish. I made an open table reservation to celebrate my birthday. Never acknowledged despite being part off the reservation and my aunt telling the waiter.I had to practically beg someone to take my coat or show me where the coat room was upon entering. The service was some of the worst I have experienced as everything took forever to come out and noone ever came over and asked how we were doing. The food portions were meager when they finally arrived for the cost. And as a last insult, the waiter who was asked to split the check put on my card and the whole amount on my aunt's further delaying us from escaping this nightmare.Some examples of food and drinks:My son and I ordered a Long Island iced tea and we thought they went to Long Island to get it. When they finally arrived with the drinks they were practically clear, tasted funny, we had to send them back and settled on a beer and a glass of wine.My son ordered chicken parm and it came with a very small piece of chicken and probably a little over pieces of penne pasta as a side.When I finally received my seafood over pasta dish which was supposed to be Fra Diablo, the sauce was bland and the Lobstertail was rubber. For it came with two clams, two shrimp, and two muscles in addition to the rubber tail

After waiting minutes with no one stopping by with menus, water, etc we flagged someone down and they brought over menus. After plus mins with no one coming to bring water or ask us for a drink order we got up and left. The wait staff seemed disinterested and there was also a strange smell in the restaurant almost like burnt oil. I have never left a bad review for a restaurant before but I have to in this case

Service was very attentiv... read more Nice little Italian restaurant. Do not be fooled by the Filial Front or the empty front room. Beautiful seating in a back dining room. Service was very attentive and food was very good. They serve a beautiful little intermezzo, today it was lemon sorbet with homemade raspberry sauce. I recommend you try this place. We'll be back.

The delivery wasn't nearly as good as eating at the restaurant. 5 stars in restaurant 3 stars for delivery 4 stars. Great food though i was dissapointed with the quality when it was delivered.
