The manager cancelled my one-night reservation on the day of the arrival to accommodate the other guests. Offered us another hotel nearby, which we declined. A total waste of my time. Service: 1
The owners and staff are super nice! Rooms are great, nicely renovated. We are super well at the restaurant. Parking really convenient. Bus stop very close for sightseeing around. Service: 5
Charming family hotel in Lötchental, a hiker's paradise. Quiet, with sound of gurgling mountain stream, view of magnificent mountains. Blatten is off the beaten track, but the roads and tunnels from the valley to Blatten are excellent. I would like to return next year for some scenic hiking and pleasant nights with the cool mountain air. Rooms are small but comfortable and well renovated. Service: 4

: village Blatten : · impolite owner woman !!! we feel very uncomfortable very poor breakfast no warm breakfast !!! wifi didn’t work well very old furniture and rooms, very small bathrooms 2 rooms reality is very different from Booking photos !!! hotel is next to river very noisy! can’t sleep with open window
