we recommend this hotel as organizer of the E-Cannonball, which was held there 2 times. with 120 participants and many visitors, we felt a very professional atmosphere that made us easier to perform the event. the management is super helpful and very dedicated to allow guests a nice stay. great breakfast and quiet location, despite highway nearby. Great location for what we wanted to do near Berlin. The hotel was nice overall, modern and had a nice aesthetic. The check in was smooth, easy and the receptionist was very friendly. After 4 years, I actually wanted to finally take a week 's vacation for myself and book a single room. I was able to place my husband in a short term care facility with care level 4. When I called the reception, a very unfriendly colleague of yours told me that there was no room available anymore. My week would be from April 6th to March 13th. been that is, after Easter. I can 't believe that I can 't get a room in such a big hotel after Easter. The gentleman at the reception said "I 'm not arguing with you. Since I care for my husband alone and we live in Berlin, I was looking forward to a nice week with you. I am very disappointed.
