in such a high price restaurant I do not expect to ask the cards when a very manageable operation. each meat component had a super garpunkt. we all felt the green cauliflower as quite anointed and for us clear to intensive with majoran, or whatever that was, and the cucumber unfortunately did not come through. otherwise the staff was very friendly.
