Tried the Hake Fishermans style and was very impressed. Tasty soft white hake with a few mussells thrown in all in a smooth but not overpowering tomatoe sauce. No potatoes in it though and if they haf been its a cracker of a dish. I quickly ordered a small bread roll to mop up the juices ... yummy. Her nibs had the pork cutlets and no complaints. Very reasonably priced ... we will ho back deffo.

I opted for the hal... read more Whenever we passed this restaurant it was quite busy so we gave it a try. I thought the menu was fairly limited, but did offer some variety. I opted for the half chicken and chips, which seemed to be a popular choice here. However the chicken was very basic, with little meat on it The main courses were reasonably priced but the starters well over priced, we didn't see any other diners have a starter. Wine and beer good, some people just called in for drinks which were again good value. Staff were friendly and entertaining.
