Stopped on the road during a trip and got all around terrible service. Only 2 employees and as a fast food employee I know how stressful this is but there’s no reason to be locking me out. My family proceeded to order online and go through the drive through. When we got to the drive through we were informed that they were out of sausages and bacon, so I had to get a turkey sausage on my breakfast sandwich. This location was not at all prepared for customers and needs a lot of work.

I waited for my order for 20 minutes, even though my friend and I were the only customers there. The woman who served us didn’t mention that the coffee machine for lattes wasn’t working. She didn’t give me my latte but still charged me for it. When I asked where my coffee was, I was told that the coffee machine wasn’t working. However, another girl who worked there ended up making the coffee I ordered. Huge thanks to her! Overall, the experience was unpleasant.

Waited in line to find out their expresso machine is down. Place a signing your drive thru and respect people 's time. Would also suggest a backup expresso machine. Decided to order 2 cold drinks just for the kids. Drove up to the window and they say do you have cash our card machine is down . Again, put a sign up. Service: 1

Doors unlocked, nobody around. Waited 10 minutes, no service so I left again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took fifteen minutes to order through drive thru. We could see our order ready at the window but no one was there for 5 extra minutes. Terrible service Service: 1
